How to overcome the feeling of isolation as an affiliate and still press on with your marketing goals.
One of the affiliate marketing issues I never hear being discussed too much is the feeling of isolation an affiliate can be exposed to. This is typically because monotonous tasks such as building lots of back links can take many hours, and you might find yourself doing the same thing over and over. Yes the same holds true with article marketing and other tasks relating to getting visitors to your websites. There are a couple different ways to break through this, part of it is particular actions you can take on your part to break this cycle, and the other is just your mindset.
First of all before you hit a target you need to know what you are aiming at? So you want to make $3,000 per month huh? In concept it's extremely simple, but getting there in reality is a lot harder and will take lots of time and patience. First you need to figure out how the product you are promoting is converting. You can do this by running some clicks to it and see how much targeted traffic it takes to make a sale with it. Then you can start promoting it organically once you know this and start building up traffic.
So if your product sells for $25.00 you need to make 4 sales per day. If your product is making one sale for every 150 visitors figure you need 600 targeted visitors per day to make these 4 sales per day with your product, or someone elses product. This means you might need 10,000 backlinks to your site and a 750 page blog on a related subject. This is where the isolation factor will set in. Most people can only stand being behind the keyboard working for so long, so this is where you need to consider outsourcing. Find 1-2 people who will do your laborious tasks for you at a fair rate. Many people say the Philippines is the best place to find workers, but I beg to differ.

Also you can consider hiring ghost writers to write your articles for you. They typically cost $6.00 each, and you can get these done on elance, scriptlance or Need An Article. I use a dual approach in which I do some writing and work myself and some I outsource so I can build my business a little faster than normal and still keep within my budget. However the best scenario is to become a manager and eventually outsource everything. The key is to work on your business rather than inside of it but obviously this isn't possible for most people when they are starting out.
