Are you dreading searching for your next apartment. Searching for an apartment should be a fun process with little or no stress. Don’t Procrastinate 
This is one of the largest problems renters experience today. Read your lease regarding the amount of notice you must provide to your apartment community. Many leases today require a 60 day notice. If your lease contract does not specify notice, a simple letter to your landlord will do. 
Most apartments require that you make at lease three times the monthly rent. Don’t waste time touring apartments that are out of your price range. It doesn’t make sense and you will just be wasting your own time. 
Start Your Search Online 
There are a myriad of websites that are geared to help you find an apartment in your city. Start making a list of apartments your interested in. Try and narrow them down to 5 or 6. Now its time to tour. They will offer you all kinds of incentives to lease. 
Once you find your apartment home, put down your deposit and application. Then its just a matter of moving. Good luck.
