1. Color code internal projects. When working on a large project, binding pages together can be a great way to ensure that you don't lose important information. However, when each piece of the same project is bound with the same spine, there isn't any easy way to discern which one you need when they're all together. Giving each section it's own color is a simple solution. For example, all the financial information could have a green spine, legal information could have a red spine, and so on.
