  • Scrapbooks. Scrapbooking is one of today's most popular crafts and it's enjoyed by people of all ages. This craft is a great way to commemorate special events such as weddings, holidays, and birthdays. It can also be used as a creative outlet. Unfortunately, this craft can get expensive if you do it a lot. That's why you should consider binding your own scrapbooks with your binding machine. Not only will this help you save some money, you'll have total control over how the book turns out since you can pick out the paper and covers.
  • Works of creative writing. Are you an author? If you are, you should consider printing out your latest masterpiece and binding it. Doing so can help you take even more pride in your work because you'll be able to show it off to people. You can even give copies of your novel or short story collection to friends and family members. You could also bind short chapbooks and try to sell them in your local independent bookstore.
  • Yearbooks. If your school is one of the many that have been hit with budget cuts, you might be relieved to find out that the yearbook doesn't need to be cut out. You and your students can design, print, and bind the yearbooks right in the classroom. Doing so will help you and your school save a lot of money and it will give the kids an activity they can list on their college applications. All in all, binding your own yearbooks is a real win-win situation.
  • Calendars. Do you take a lot of pictures? Are you an artist or graphic designer? If so, you might want to consider binding a calendar. This can be a lot of fun to do because you can pick any subject matter for the calendar such as Impressionist masterpieces, flowers, family vacation photos, etc. You can make calendars for your own personal use or give them away as gifts. Either way, you're bound to have a good time designing and binding your own calendar.
  • Photobooks. Finally, you can use your binding machine to bind your own photobooks. This is a fun project to do if you have a lot of digital photographs you want to organize.
