Our world is on a journey of having a healthy and diseases free world. To reach the destination many measures has been taken to cut the roots of all diseases. The most efficient from one of them is HACCP training (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). In 1960s the concept of HACCP was invented. It was invented by the Pillsbury when Pillsbury designed and manufactures food for space flights for NASA. The whole world welcomes HACCP after seeing the success of this concept. This revolution changed the whole food management system and gives a new trend of managing food to the world. HACCP concept was internationally renowned and traditional methods of inspection of food were replaced by science based food safety management system.

After getting the HACCP training any food production organization can addresses all the biological, chemical and physical hazards associated with the food safety. HACCP training has been effectively used in food and pharmaceutical industry with the purpose of identified all the potential safety hazards. And if they found any hazard then their training is capable to take fair enough actions to eradicate or reduce the risks caused by the hazards. The HACCP system can be used at various stages of production and processing to ensure food safety and protection of public health.

HACCP training and plan is all round helpful to everyone; Governments, food industries and to the citizens of this whole world. It will help through efficiently allocating their resources in establishing safe practices for food production and providing valuable auditing. HACCP having their own software's to detect the hazards and those software's are proving their responsibility of making the food safe on food operators and HACCP.

The concept of HACCP is still almost untouched in developing countries due to lack of knowledge and proper approach. But MNC (multi national companies) are introducing this HACCP in developing countries. And one day we will reach the destination which is a healthy and diseases free world.
