When
your moment has come to leave this earthly plane, how will you be remembered?
Definitely there is the normal tombstone. But that is not the total you. How
you can generate a memory that looks like you?
The
most simplistic and common way to leave behind the authentic you is through a
digital photo album. Flip through old shots even from tons of years ago. Either
scan or have them scanned at your local photo shop. Next take the ones that vividly
represent the complete you. Remember it is about faces not places. So locate
the ones with the family and friends. Put them in a sequence which will best
cause them to think of the eras and events that came with these photos. Do not
be afraid to put in the silly and goofy ones.
Those
are you. If you were infrequently dressed up then do not bother placing a lot
of those kinds of images. Do not be afraid to include awesome pets also. After
all they were part of your life. You will want to make certain that you pay
close attention to the emotions of each image. Hold the heart of who you were
and what you did. Perhaps even locate a few of your best hobby shots. A few
work and business related photos might assist remind folks of what you did
similarly.
Once you feel you have created a great list of
shots invite family and friends over to enjoy the show. Ask their thoughts on
the presentation. Listen politely to all thoughts and if you want make
adjustments. However it is you and you are the one who knows you best. So go
ahead leave behind that heritage that is your life.
