While you should use one of these machines year-round, they can be especially handy during the holidays. You can use them to get rid of those credit and debit card receipts, shred the envelopes greeting cards come in, and even make filling for gift bags and boxes. All you need to do is run some colored paper through your shredder and you'll have filling in just a few seconds. Best of all, it will help you save money because you won't need to head to the store and pay for materials that will just be recycled (or thrown away) after just one use.
A pouch laminator. If you're looking to get your kids more involved this season, you can do crafts with them with a pouch laminator. With a laminator, you can make customized place mats for those special dinners, laminate photos and artwork for homemade gifts, and more. (Just be sure to supervise the kids as they're using it so no one accidentally gets burned - laminators can get very hot.) If you want to add a special touch to your projects, you can purchase laminating foil. This type of foil will add beautiful accents to your work and make it look more festive no matter which holiday you're celebrating.
