News about scams, frauds, cons and cheat deals are seen and heard almost everyday. While most of them are unfortunately true accounts, some of them are fake and fabricated.

The recent news about the so called fraud stories regarding QNET falls in the latter category. The source of the news needs to be questioned as this company is not one to fool customers,People are expressing disbelief over the recent QNET fraud rumours Articles especially if it has a loyal customer base of more than 6 million people across the world.

A variety of goods and services related to nutrition, home care, luxury items and collectibles, energy, personal care, accessories, education and holiday packages are put up on offer for customers to indulge in by this MLM which is considered to bethe largest and fastest growing online shopping and business community. In fact, it has actively participated in preserving the environment and received many awards for it. For various environment conservation initiatives, it was recently felicitated with the Carbon ‘less’ award in the Hong Kong awards for environment excellence (HKAEE). The most laud worthy thing about bagging this award is that the business enterprise was a first time participant and in order to achieve such distinction, it had to 3% reduction in its overall carbon footprint against baseline. In fact their offices also boast of being eco-friendly with bins being placed on each floor for separate kinds of trash, energy efficient lighting and eco-labelled recycled materials being used for carpets and workstations. So when you buy from the network marketing firm, you buy an eco friendly product. Considering these factors, it is easy to see that the QNET fraud rumours are a big hoax.

Besides these laurels, the Global direct selling company boasts of many other awards too In the recent past it bagged nine awards at the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) 2011 Customer Relations Excellence (CRE) Awards. The four Corporate Awards it took home were the Global Support Services of the Year (Direct Marketing), Integrated Support Team of the Year (Direct Marketing), Best Use of Knowledge Management of the Year (Direct Marketing) and Contact Centre of the Year (Merit).

“Operating a multilingual contact centre is not easy. A key challenge for us is to instill customer centricity into a multicultural network of Customer Service Professionals – with different beliefs and values. With the support of our management, we built a team of carefully selected people, trained them to provide solutions to every possible problem, taught them to apply a sense of urgency to all issues that they receive, and imparted positive service mindsets that encourage them to always put themselves in the shoes of those that they serve." said MalouCaluza, Chief of Network Services.

The other five awards were won in the individual categories. The company’s Chief of Network Services, MalouCaluza was named CRM Director of the Year while Network Support Group Manager, Jennifer Sham Wai Po was selected CRM Manager of the Year. Surely if these people were busy committing crimes as the defamatory QNET Fraud news states, they would not be winning these awards.
