Strengths:
The Tamerica TM-20 has a 12-inch cutting length, making
it ideal for paper of the following sizes: letter (8.5” x 11”), A4 (8.3”
x 11.7”), and half-letter (5.5” x 8.5). It can even be used for
legal-sized documents (8.5” x 14”) as long as you want to trim them on
the 8.5” side.
You can use four different types of blades
with this trimmer. In addition to the typical straight blade, wavy,
scoring and perforated blades can be utilized. That makes this device
great for paper crafts as well as traditional cutting. The blades are
easy to change and it won't take you very long to swap them out.
You
can use the TM-20 without injuring yourself because the blades are
encased in plastic. It's unlikely that you'll wind up actually touching
the blade which really helps reduce the risk of injuries. There's also a

drops down to 3 sheets when using specialty blades.) This will be fine
if you don't need to cut a lot of paper at once. Otherwise, you should
probably use a guillotine cutter instead.
If you need to work with paper that's really long, this trimmer probably won't fit the bill due to its 12-inch cutting length.
The
Tamerica TM-20 has a plastic base unlike some other rotary trimmers
that have metal foundations. Thus, it's not as durable as some other
models.
Recommendation:
