Secrets to eBay New Business Development

If you want to develop a new business on eBay,Secrets to eBay New Business Development Articles there are three simple steps you must follow.  These steps are similar to walking, running & sprinting.  The first one gets your feet wet as you walk across a wet yard.  The next one moves you quicker to a new business as you run to your goal and the last one takes you flying across the finish line.

Let me share my three steps to developing a new business with online auctions such as eBay (r).  I'll start with walking to eBay profits.

1.  Gain a Firm Foundation - Buy a few items on eBay so you learn the process of buying & selling on eBay.  After you buy some items, list some things you have around your home, things you might donate to charity.  Both buying & selling on eBay will give you experience to become successful on eBay.  Once you sell some items from your home, you are ready to move to the next step-running.

2.  Sell Wholesale Items - When you sell stuff around your home, you have to write a new listing for each item.  That takes a ton of work.  To develop a business that will eventually run by itself, you need to sell wholesale items.  These are products you buy from a reputable wholesaler with the purpose of reselling for a profit.

3.  Automate your eBay Business - After you test your listings for wholesale items, you can simply put it on auto-pilot.  I suggest two ways of setting your business on automatic, an eBay store or a listing service.  Both of these allow you to list items on eBay regularly without you spending daily time on them.

This relieves you of the need to write new listings weekly.  When you put your eBay business on auto-pilot, you can spend time doing the things you love to do.  You can build your business in other ways or you can enjoy your family & friends.  When you automate your eBay business, you choose how to spend your time.

New business development with eBay can be a profitable venture, if you do it right.  Spend time on the front end learning the ropes, walking through the eBay process.  Then, you can run & sprint to eBay success using wholesale products and automation to simplify your life and make money on eBay.
