Tired of working your 9 to 5 job? Is overtime wearing you down? Are you barely paying the bills and just getting by while working your job? Are threats of layoffs, down sizing or restructuring looming? Do you desire more leisure time? If you answered yes to any of these questions, please read on.

Have you ever considered a home-based business? There are several legitimate

Before becoming involved with any home-based business:

• Research the company for which you may become affiliated (what industry is the company involved; how long has the company been in business; what is the company’s earnings - is the company profitable or in debt; what is the company’s growth potential; has the company been featured in any publications or other media outlets; what is the company’s mission).
• Research the product or service the company provides (is the product or service desirable and in high demand; does the product or service have longevity potential or will it fade within a few years; if marketing a product – is the product beneficial and is it documented and researched).
• Learn about any costs to get started.
• Learn about the compensation provided to the independent associates (is the compensation strong enough to make you financially free within a reasonable amount of time).
• Determine how much time you have to commit to the business.

If you are someone who truly enjoys your job, then congratulations. However, if you feel you are running in circles within the rat race and need a change, then I urge you to get involved with a home-based business. You can build your business while working your job, and then eventually work your business full time.
