Organisations are designed to earn optimum profits. It is vicious circle wherein the ulterior motives and interests of the employer also have to be taken into consideration. The employee may think he is working for the organisation.  However he is also working towards achieving the employer’s motives. There have been hundreds of instances wherein employees have not been given their due. The credit of impeccable work is snatched away by employers. Employees slog day and night to increase their efficiency and effectiveness.
