·        Team Member – An entry-level position, team member applicants only need to be 16 years old when applying at most locations. Ideal candidates for these positions are energetic, prompt, and ready to work when they arrive. Job duties include providing customer service, cooking, cleaning, and possibly doing some maintenance work. Team members are paid minimum wage with the chance to make more with time served.

·        Management – Managerial jobs include the positions of shift lead, restaurant manager, and assistant manager.  Shift leads assist management in running store locations and supervise fellow employees. Assistant managers and managers are responsible for the hiring and training of Taco Bell workers and various other administrative duties. Shift lead positions are typically paid around $9 to $10 an hour. Careers in management are paid salary. Assistant managers generally make around $25,000 to $30,000 a year and full store managers earn between $30,000 and $55,000 per year.
