Sony Ericsson Aino - the mobile with striking features

The Sony Ericsson Aino is designed to provide wide choice of connectivity options, impressive storage capacity and loads of multimedia features that are quite appealing. This phone is perfect for most personal and business users. 

The Sony Ericsson Aino sports groovy stylish looks packed with pioneering features that are quite interesting, including its compatibility with PlayStation 3. The handset is a slider mobile which has favorable dimensions that measures 104 by 50 by 16mm and weighs just around 134 grams, including the battery. The mobile comes with powerful Li-on battery which provides more than 8 hours of talk time and about 300 hours of standby time.

The handset is supported to operate on 2G networks with GSM bandwidths in the frequency range of 850, 900, 1800 and 1900 Mhz. The handset is also equipped to work on 3G networks with HSDPA bandwidths on frequency range of 850, 1900 and 2100 Mhz. The phone has 3 inches large capacitive TFT touchscreen with support of 16 million colors and high resolution of 432 by 240 pixels. It comes with accelerometer sensor which offers auto rotation.

The Sony Ericsson Aino is loaded with various Mp3 and ACC ringtones and there is also option to download polyphonic ringtones from the internet. The phone is also equipped with stereo speakerphone that offers hands free calling and listening to music tracks within a group.

The phone has quite impressive storage capacity with internal memory of 55MB. It has phonebook that can store about 1000 contacts in 20 different fields, with the photo calling feature. There is also the facility to keep record of 30 received calls, 30 missed calls and 30 dialed calls.  To further improve the storage capacity, there is also option to use MicroSD cards.

The mobile is supportive of working on GPRS, EDGE, 3G networks with HSUPA and HSDPA bandwidths, WLAN, Bluetooth and USB port.  The mobile comprise 8.1 megapixels camera with high resolution of 3264 by 2448 pixels, and various features like autofocus, geo tagging, face detection , video calling, LED flash, touch focus, and video stabilizer. It can capture videos with VGA resolution at speed of 30 fps.

 Other features include Stereo FM radio with RDS, inbuilt browser with support of WAP, HTML and RSS reader, GPS navigation with A-GPS and Way finder navigator.  It comes loaded with various java based applications that include music player, organizer, voice memo, T9, picture editor, social networking applications, Goggle maps and remote control for PlayStation 3.
