It also includes a 3.2 megapixel camera for photos and video recording, as well as internet, email and messaging, entertainment and school networking applications. More music can be downloaded all the time using the PlayNow downloading application, and if a track is heard but not recognised, its name, artist and other details can be easily retrieved by the user using the integrated sound recorder to record merely a few seconds, and TrackID will use the few seconds of recording to identify the track and its details. SensMe further lets playlists be built based on the music mood. Shake control and Bluetooth stereo let the user enjoy their music wirelessly and easily, while the CLear stereo and Clear Bass features provide better balance and definition between sound channels and the bass. The Zylo has a 3.2 megapixel camera which has digital zoom up to 2 times, and Photo fix which adjusts the light conditions in the photo to produce the best possible image. Photo feeds allow the user to share photos directly on a friend’s blog, or they can send it straight to their blog or website with the Send to web feature. It is also possible to record videos and view them back on the phone’s 2.6 inch TFT screen. Video streaming is also available as is YouTube through its own application. Photos, videos and keeping up to date with what’s going on, as well as sharing own news are made easy with the Facebook and Twitter applications, as are Picasa and Flickr for photos. Meanwhile the full HTML web browser provides Google search, and the integrated GPS the handset has gives support to Google Maps and Geo tagging. The handset has a memory of 260 megabytes lang with microSD card support for yup to 16GB of further music, media and messages, including emails which can be received from anywhere, as can Microsoft Exchange emails. Instant messaging is also available and typing is helped with predictive text. The Sony Ericsson Zylo is an MP3 player, digital camera and personal organiser all wrapped into one simple, yet attractive design which still offers the user with plenty of choice and the ability to expand what the handset does for them. It combines a wealth of entertainment and music playback features with useful organisation tools, and a great camera to record the good times, with the applications and easy-to-use resources to share those moments.
