A SQL Backup Will Help You Restore Files
Most of your websites include databases to access and store information.
To keep all of this data safe, the main language used is called SQL or
Structured Query Language. A comparable language is the MySQL. When you
need information saved on your website, a SQL backup will take place and
put it in multiple locations. This makes sure your data is safe, which
is important because you don't want to recreate information, your
server, or your computer database.
If you need to restore a backup of files or data, all that is needed is to use the phpMyAdmin tool to get your saved MYSQL database. You will want to log into your web hosting and find the part that says "databases." This is where you click on the section called phyMyAdmin. Click the database name or files you want to restore from the saved list on the left side of the computer screen.
The next thing you need to do is click "Import", which is above all of the database details. Then click the browse button and find the SQL backup files you need to restore. Your program will automatically detect the compression size, and once you push go, the backup will start importing.
The nice thing about having these files saved in more than one location is you know everything is always safe. You always have the option of encrypting the compressed files, which protects the information from unapproved eyes. Besides all of that, this program backs up and restores files so you don't have to worry when disaster hits.
