3. Sync eBooks to your iPhone or iPod Touch. Click on the device in the source list under Devices. Then click the Books tab at the top of the window. Here you can choose whether to sync all books or selected books. After choosing the eBooks, click “Sync” button, you now successfully transfer PDF to iPhone or iPod Touch.

Then you can read PDF on iPhone or iPod Touch with free iBooks app.
