Resurrection, New Mexico is a newly released hidden object adventure game with a creepy story and dark graphics. The game takes you to a strange place you need to escape in order to reunite with your daughter again.

The game transports you in the life of a woman, who is trying hard to not be late for her daughter's dancing rehearsal. She gets into a car accident, and the next time she gets back to reality she finds herself in Resurrection, New Mexico.

Having no idea how she got there she knows for sure that she needs to find a way to get out of there. The place is absolutely desolate and abandoned, vandalized and destroyed. The warnings to stay inside or beware of eyes are all over the place. Amy (that's the lady's name) meets all kinds of characters, who turn out to be lost souls she needs to interact in order to find her way out of there.

There is a lot of places for you to visit and items to collect there. You will have to go back and forth collecting pieces of inventories and using it elsewhere.

There is a great number of hidden object scenes. They are not particularly challenging, but just because of the way some of the items are drawn it is hard to even notice them.

The graphics are not as perfect as you might have seen in other games of this genre. The music and sounds fit in the general atmosphere perfectly, but the only major flaw soundwise is the absence of voice-over. You have to read all the dialogues, which reduces the doom and gloom of the game.

The game is not polished enough to get six stars, but it is still one of the better hidden object adventure games out there.
