Notice how you don't seem to bump into any of her friends any more? And if you do, there appears to be a wall between you and them, it's like they have become very cold to you. Remember some of the silly arguments you would get into? The thing about those arguments was, you had nothing to fear from them, there would be no payback to suffer.
