While browsing the net,What should product investors/consumers know about online marketing (discount vouchers/coupons)? Articles I have found an interesting model on “online consumer behavior”. Check the diagram below:

I am not a marketing geek or something; it just came across my screen. But I am a fan of online shopping! But these questions suddenly crossed my mind when I saw the diagram: •    We may come across any online deals, what and how would we know the best out of the deal? •    If I am going to buy products online, what do I need from the product provider? •    If the product came up online with great deal via vouchers and/or coupons, how would I know it is legitimate? •    What if I am happy with the product/service that I got, how will I promote it to my family and friends? •    What if I am disappointed? Should I get on the voucher/coupon company offering it? •    What might be the best online company that hears me out, either in satisfaction or the other way? There are lots of available online vouchers nowadays. Check out Google for it, and then there you go! This could be the best part. I have seen this new online site where you can enjoy products and/or services. Libre247.com! this a new portal, I guess. Libre247.com, one of the coupon-based privilege/deal in the Philippines, hears the voice of the consumers and will act as portal so that consumers will get value for their money. They showcase more than 147 partners and are getting more for the next months. They pretty much got a variety of products and services to choose from. Though, there is a need to become a member to avail the offers but the great thing about the site is the providers are friendly enough to help you out with queries and such. I feel that there is a community where I could enjoy the discounted privileges whilst reaching the same likes with other members. How about if I want to be partner? I tried to contact the creator of this site, Felix Gomez Jr., and have raised some questions. Libre247.com creator claimed that they are not just a business that is focused on generating income for the investors but to make consumers be happy on what they have availed. The company would like their consumers to have the upper hand in demanding the right price, attain the status where their partner establishments would like to partner up and offer their products and/or services and of course, to be a household name in the entire Philippines.

More to say, the diagram I was interested above made me realize that if I want to invest or just decide to be a consumer online, I need to stick with a portal where I can feel that I belong and nevertheless, it should know what and how the product and/or service benefit me. There is nothing wrong asking which product/service that works for you (I suggest Mr. Gomez, you create a chat box where consumers can share their thoughts; place a disclaimer or clear public rules in it; we don’t want banging establishments for some minute uneasiness). Should we know the success of investors in this portal, maybe in my next article I have to find out.
