After getting admissions into the various universities in Canada and United Kingdom, students are jubilant enough to miss out on a very important issue of finances. Studying in foreign universities could be taxing as well as be a difficult task on account of the money that is needed. Besides the tuition fees, students have to take care of the cost of living which can be almost equal to the cost of study, if not more.

Since a lot of universities receive a lot of international students every year, the provision of accommodations and residences becomes a problem for many. Due to this, the students usually take up accommodations on the outside in form of apartments on rent, home living, guest stays and such. There are also the expenses on the food and clothing as well as on books. To cover these expenses students have to be careful enough from the very beginning as many countries ask for the deposits in the students account to cover these expenditures for a year.

The cost of study in Canada comes around 10,000 dollars on a average in a year which can vary depending on the course chosen which further is dependent on the theoretical and practical aspects of the subjects. The course fees are taken by the universities in Canada for two semesters in a year. And for the rest of the expenses for the students, the costs can come around to the same amount.

Different colleges charge different costs of study but they are not very much different, but still could cover some extra personal expenditures. This is the reason that Canada immigration requires the students to show sufficient deposits in their account before the approval for studying in Canada is allowed. For the cost of study in UK also, the tuition fees are taken in a yearly basis which accumulates to about 6,500 to 13,000 pounds per year for the foreign students. And this is added up by the extra expenditure on health, books, personal recreations and such sort of things.

The same concept of different fees for different subjects also applies to the colleges in UK, thus bringing the total cost of study in UK to a wide range. Those who are interested in studying in the United States need to pay around 5000 to 15000 dollars for different colleges as the cost of study in USA is a bit higher which also involves the cost of living. The facilities that people get in the colleges during the courses is worth the cost of study in Canada and therefore a large number of students readily take up the courses in the present fee structure.

In the days up to the departure to the place and university of study, students are busy with the arrangements of their finances. Those who are lucky do get the scholarships that cover a fair chunk of the tuition fees and therefore are more relaxed. Nowadays with good loan facilities and scholarships from various avenues, the students are willing and their parents are able to afford the cost of study in UK and USA.
