Common Admission Test (CAT) is the most sought after MBA entrance exam in India. CAT exam is conducted by the Indian Institutes of Management as a pre-requisite for admission to the post graduate and fellow programs in management offered by the premier institutes. Apart from all the Indian Institute of management, over 100 B-schools accept CAT scores to carry out their admissions. There are about 2 Lakh students who appear in exam every year. About 4000 seats are offered for admission in 20 IIMs.
