Duration of LPN program is usually in between 9 months to 18 months. Duties of an individual who has completed LPN Program

Licensed Practical Nurses are in great demand in hospitals and other health care sectors because of the advanced technology and the services they provide. They are always ready to serve sick, injured and disabled people in a number of ways as
•    Gather patient health information
•    Take vital signs of patient as height, weight, blood pressure, temperature etc
•    Assist patient in day to day work
•    Collect different samples for lab test
•    Educate patient and his family members about the good health habits
•    Supervise other nurses
•    Prepare and deliver injections
•    Caring and feeding infants
LPN’s provide primary care to individual in any health setting as hospitals, nursing care facilities, physician’s offices, home health care services etc.
