Your hands will heal because you skin is no longer in contact with the chemicals that cause the allergy to occur. Also if you have a huge family, the use of a dishwasher helps in the kitchen tremendously.

To operate a dishwasher all you do is load the dishwasher with dirty dishes, making sure that it's full. You then place your dishwasher detergent soap into a little compartment on the door. Close the door, and turn on the wash cycle. After operating this machine just one time, it will become second nature. Also, for your own knowledge, the dishwasher will actually disinfect your dirty dishes as it washes them.
