Bad experience with runescape playing

It was really a busy day for me! And rough!

 

This morning I got up and logged in my RS accounts as usual, I found one of them was banned. I got frustrated and confused, wondering what to do over breakfast. Then I went to work before it was too late. I could not stop thinking about the ban even if I was working. What did I do? I did not publish any spam, or do anything against the terms of use. What did I do to deserve this? I almost lost my temper. But I held it. Be professional, girl. I alerted myself.

 

But I text my friend Tony anyway, According to him, it might be the serve stability issue, He advised me to try and contact the customer service of Runescape. He said the staff there were very nice, thanks to his account problem experience.

 

There was a lot of work for me to do. What’s worse, my bad mood had slowed everything down. But I could not wait any more! At last, I called my boy friend who had not played Runescape before and asked him for help. He did not hesitate for one second and get started. From what he said later, the customer service specialist was more than patient. The specialist who received him was a girl. She asked him about his latest activities with rs accounts in Runescape. Of course he did not have a clue. He stammered. But the problem had to be solved. So every time he did not know how to answer the specialist’s question, he called me and the specialist just waited there until some progress had been really made.

 

Finally the specialist got an authoritative answer from her supervisor that some one had hacked my account last night. Not only the theft stole it, he also played RS with the account for as long as 4 hours! And then he used up all my money and started to say unrelated things in the forum. Hearing this, my first impression was: That bastard! Sorry for this! But I was too mad! It took me three years to get all those! All was gone and I was bankrupt again. However, the nice specialist promised me that she would do something to try retrieving my account as I was this loyal to RS. Thank goodness! I did not know whether I need to buy runescape accounts or not. Now taking RS’ mature operation since 2001, I am confident about their skills in helping people like me to retrieve accounts back.
