Bingo is one of the most popular games in the world today that can easily be played by people of all ages—by grandparents and even children! The range of players in bingo is simply huge, with the mechanics of the game very easy to follow.

Bingo finds its roots back in the 1500s in Italy as a form of lottery where it was called Beano. But it was in the US where the name got changed to Bingo when a player who got very excited accidentally yelled “Bingo” instead of “Beano.” And the game Bingo was born which took America by storm.

Bingo makes use of a lot of equipment, and one of them is a bingo blower. This piece of equipment is used to hold bingo balls that are similar to ping-pong balls. It is an electronic motor-driven device that mixes the balls by blowing them around inside an enclosed contraption, and then a chute on the blower randomly pulls a ball out for the caller of the bingo game. This device ensures that a random number is drawn by the caller.

This type of equipment also comes in different variations and configurations. The smaller variant is known as Las Vegas Style blower or bubble-top blowers, while the larger variant is called Vogue, which about half the size of a desk. These are made so that all of the players can see the balls inside the device as they are mixed by the internal fan.

Bingo papers are also classified as an equipment of the game. They are available in elite, champion, books and random papers.

Bingo cards, of course, wouldn’t be left out. These are the cards that have cells and grids containing numbers. Players then need to complete a pre-determined pattern at the beginning of the game. They will be able to complete it with the help of the random numbers being called out. The first player to complete the pattern wins and gets to rightfully shout “Bingo!”

This game uses daubers and chips for markersArticle Submission, while there are shutter cards as well.

Online bingo doesn’t need all these equipment since it’s all in the software. Try it now at Sportsbook.com!
