Roulette is very easy to play and it could be very rewarding game at the same time. In online roulette game the player plays against the betting house, same as in the land based casino, on the specific numbers or a set of numbers or on the colour scheme. The dealer represents the betting house and he is also called a croupier. The player needs to place their bets on the number or the colour as the desire and once the bets are placed by the players the dealer turns a white ball in the opposite direction of the wheel spinning. Roulette has different variations popular in different countries: American Roulette, European Roulette, and Caribbean Roulette. All variations are more or less the same with small differences. The strategy for all the variations is still the same and the betting pattern.

Different colours are chosen to see what each player has bet. Therefore, when players bet their money for the first time, the dealer will give the value of chips in a single colour. Chip colour represents a gamble for the denomination roulette table you are playing. The bets placed by players before each lot in the roulette table.

Roulette wheel could have either 37 or 38 numbered slots which range from 1 to 36 and a Zero or sometimes it has both the Zero and double Zero. Double Zero only appears in only American roulette. Most off the online casino provides all the kind of roulette which is European roulette, American roulette or sometimes Caribbean roulette.  In roulette the red colour represents the even numbers and the black colour is for odd numbers. Zero and Double Zero blocks are usually green coloured.

Roughly 7 or 8 players can play at one casino table and they all are provided different coloured chips to see what each player has bet. Once the dealer starts the spin and rolls the ball no more bet placements are allowed and you can’t change the bets you have made.  It’s not legal to touch or change your bets once the spin begins. Once the ball stops on any number the dealer will check the winning number with the plastic marker and pays the winner and collects all the loosing bets.

New bet only begins again when the dealer removes the plastic marker.  Bets can be made in many ways. You can bet on the sets of numbers, as 1-18/19-36, red and black or colour, even bizarre, these bets are called outside bets abroad. Inside bets and are paid directly by the concessionaire, regardless of any bets placed in the Paris area, close to the table and the player can either take them or bet with the next round.
