So for beginners out there who want to learn Texas Holdem poker what is the game and how do you play it? Is it diffrent from the 5 card draw? And what is a Flop anyway?
Okay let us begin our lesson, a Texas Holdem Poker typically has 9 or 10 players. When the Texas Holdem Poker table is any less then that is refered to as short handed.
With each round of play or after a hand ends the dealer button switches to the left which assures each player that he will get his turn as a dealer and that everyone will experience a position once.
So what is a Pre Flop in Texas Holdem Poker?
With each Texas Holdem Poker game each player would have to pay forced bets, this is basically what is dubbed as big blind and little blind too.
A bet for beginners of Texas Holdem Poker mean money put into a collection or pot for the 1st time in the round.
The amount the players have to put in the pot is agreed and predetermined by the players. The little blind is always 50 percent less than the big blind.
The little blind position will always be found on the seat to the dealerís left while the big blind seats to the left of the little blind player.
The dealer will then give players 2 cards which is referred in Texas Holdem Poker as pocket card or hole card. These 2 cards will be dealt face down, and one at a time. The dealer starts dealing with players in the left.
When all the players receive the cards, they will look at the cards and the players will declare if they will call the bet. The current bet is the big blind and it is the highest cash one can bet at this point of the Texas Holdem Poker game. Other players can match the game and fold their hand with out betting if they do not feel the cards. The player also has the option of raising the bet through putting more cash in.
All of the players need to act and make their choices starting with the seat to left of the big blind.
