Wrestling as a sport became very popular in the 1990’s and hence WWE had an ides of extending the already popular industry of action figures to the WWE and hence was born the WWE action figure concept. The real time heroes who fight arduously on the screens are brought live by the WWE action figure. A person who is interested in a particular character of the wresting world can own his/her WWE action figure and flaunt it among friends and well wishers.

Hasbro started producing the WWE action figure in the year 1990 and continued it till the year 1994. The action figure was packed with some movements also like signature punches and movements of the real hero they it represents. All these actions were done by springs attached on the arms of legs which enabled the WWE action figure  to imitate the real hero.

WWE Wrestling superstars John Cena,Real WWE action with action figure of the world Articles Undertaker, Rey Mysterio, Hornswoggle, Evan Bourne, Kane, CM Punk, Big Show, Kofi Kingston, Shawn Michaels, Edge  and also TNA Wrestling greats Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, Ric Flair, Kurt Angle, Sting & AJ Styles all were being made into WWE action figure and entertained as toys apart from entertaining on the big screen.

Production of the WWE action figure by the Jakks Pacific Corporation began in the year 1996. Jakks started a new business line in production called the “superstars” line. Technology revolution happened in the late 90’s and continues to delight us in every possible way. It left no stone unturned and so was the WWE action figure industry. It was impacted by technology and many new add-ons have been introduced since then. There is a micro-chip embedded in the super hero which when triggered is programmed to perform the super hero’s signature punches, moves and some also dance ans sing to a background score developed for each super hero in a tailor-made way.

The next innovation was in the attire of the WWE action figure which was adding accessories and t-shirts to the iconic figure. These t-shirts were sized and stitched for the WWE action figure and also included signature entry movements and costumes of specific stars. Thus, the WWE action figure industry has grown leaps and bounds to reach a level where global popularity is gaining every day and technology reach has resulted in better marketing techniques like online selling, creating websites exclusively for selling these miniature super heroes, some sale techniques like giving online demo of a particular action figure so that the customers have an idea of the product that they are buying.
