Innovation is the key!

In this cluttered automobile market,Toyota Corolla is creating a Buzz with “First Car Vs. First REAL Car” Articles every automaker is vying for buyer’s mind share. And, the usual “buy now” ads are not making the cut.

Today, automakers like Toyota are exploring several new ways of gaining attention. It is attempting to connect by building a connection with customers. Its recent video “First Car Vs. First REAL Car” made in collaboration with Buzz Feed tries to do exactly the same.

Buzz Feed has become a favorite of young internet users because of its highly enticing content. Toyota has leveraged this and created a video that caters to this young segment of customers.

The video shows how we treat our first car - eating in the car, cleaning only when Mother Nature decides to gift us with rains and putting innumerable stickers on it.

It also shows how a few years down the line when you are taking home a good pay, you buy your first real car and it is presumably Toyota Corolla. The video manifests how you are taking care of your beloved possession – your new Toyota Corolla – no eating in the car, meticulous car washing and careful parking.

The automaker has found a unique way of marketing and it is a refreshing change from advertisements that show nothing but racing cars and gorgeous models. The video hits the right note because it shows an average American’s affection towards his/her car.

The video is making quite a few waves and has more than 770,000 hits since it was uploaded on December 23rd 2014. You can catch the video here.
