Stomach aches are one of those stomach disorders which are very frequent. It is very often that we hear people complaining of stomach aches. The abdominal crater involves several organs such as the appendix, liver, pancreas and the intestines along with an assortment of ducts and muscles. A disorder in any of these organs could be the cause of your stomach ache every time you experience it.
In medical parlance, the term stomach ache does not have any specific meaning. All such pains include the feelings of dull ache, bloating, acid pain, gas pain, diarrhea and constipation. Medical experts explain it in the context of the digestive system becoming a sensitive arena with age.

There is no such treatment for stomach aches but it could very well be prevented with certain simple yet effective measures as mentioned below:
Keep yourself away from stress
It is a proven fact that increased levels of stress can lead to pain in the stomach. Thus, it is most essential to flush out all your stress though it is easier said than done. You can easily manage stress levels with regular exercise. In order to control stress from wrecking your nerves and causing stomach pains you must follow a regular exercise regime even if it is just for half an hour.
Keeping yourself fit and active
Keeping yourself fit and active would also keep away the nasty stomach aches. The more active you are, the better your bowel movements are. This in turn eliminates constipation which is a cause for severe stomach distress.
Warming your stomach
Giving warmth to your stomach while the pain attacks can relieve you from your stomach ache. Whenever you experience pain, you must use a heating pad or a hot water bottle so that it gives enough warmth to your stomach. This will relieve you of the pain.
Do not consume fiber in excess
It is very important for you to know that fiber is good for your stomach. But too much of fiber can also upset your stomach. This is because overfilling your stomach with foods enriched with fiber could certainly lead to gas pains and abdominal bloating. You must watch the amount of fiber you are taking in your daily diet. Medical experts advise regulated intake of fiber rich food at regular intervals instead of at one go.
Comfortable apparel
Experts advise wearing comfortable clothing when you experience pain in your stomach. This is because a bloated and sore stomach must not be forced any further with the use of very tight clothing.
Do not over eat
You must be careful not to overeat. Eating in excess causes indigestion leading to excruciating pain in the stomach. Eat frequent meals at short intervals and not at one go. Also make sure that you do not eat in a hurry or swallow the food.
All these measures can help you avoid stomach aches and keep you fit.
