I felt it working. I was mentally lighter and in a better mood. My clothes fit better. Most significantly I was not contemplating stopping. You could argue that the existence of the marketing where people were showing me the after if you stuck with it, was what was causing me to feel this excited all the way through. I don’t necessarily agree though.
Yeah I know it is only an 8 week commitment, but that doesn’t ultimately matter. I always had the freedom to choose in or choose out and the world would have been none the wiser. I wanted to look great of course, but we all have the sixth sense of whether this thing we are doing is the real deal or not. I never had anything but a positive sense when I did GSP RushFit DVD Program. Oh and you’ll start to look better inside of 1 week too. That didn’t hurt my confidence in what I was doing.
