The author looks at some of the parts she didn't like in the GSP RushFit DVD program.

Previously I wrote about my favorite parts or aspects of the GSP RushFit DVD Program while noting that nothing is perfect. To that end,My Least Favorite Parts of the GSP RushFit DVD Program Articles this is the follow up where we look closesr at some of the things I don’t like about the program.

First let me say that the things I don’t like do not outweigh things I do aboutGSP RushFit DVD Program. Also let me say that in terms of the level of importance, the parts of GSP RushFit DVD Program that I thought most important are so prevalent and dominant that the things we are looking for generally that they dwarf the so-called issues. They do exist however and to be fair what I am considering a small thing could be much larger for you.

First, GSP RushFit DVD Program doesn’t have any variation in the program warm up. Every part of the program uses exactly the same warm-up. This can carry with it a certain level of monotony. When they are asking you to be there working hard 6 days-a-week I would want them to perhaps be a little more mindful of the idea that you can get bored mighty fast doing the same warm-up every day.

I also think the GSP RushFit DVD Program has some issues with being very difficult. By difficult I don’t mean that it works you too hard. Working hard is always going to be part of the package when you are looking for results like this regimen is advertising. Many of the students who are taking on the RushFit challenge are former P90X students. They know about “bringing it”.

No when I talk about difficult, I am meaning more to do with the awkwardness of the steps and footwork. This program is based on disciplines like martial arts and honestly that isn’t something we are often well-versed in. What the program does provide is a very good quick-start video which helps you get those moves down and have a very strong understanding of correct form. What you have to focus on in mastering the proper technique and put working too hard too early on the backburner. If you don’t get yourself into exquisite form, you will not get the results and might also be at risk of injury. 

If you can keep that in  mind and go at a certain pace, RushFit, as hard as it is, will still provide you an excellent workout regardless of your fitness level at the start.
