Ingredients

Steam or boil the sweet potato for approx. 25 minutes. Halve it while still hot, remove the pulp from the peel with a spoon and let it cool in a bowl, you will get approx. 220 g of pulp. Mash the pulp with a fork. Mix S of the flour with the baking powder, sugar, milk and potato puree. Cover and leave to rest for approx. 30 minutes, until bubbles form on the dough.

Grease the cake mould and flour it. Mix the salt with the remaining flour and add the butter to the mixture. Knead everything for 5-10 minutes, until you get a soft and elastic dough. Roll it out into a 28 x 45 cm rectangle on the floured surface. Mix the cinnamon with the sugar and cocoa and spread over the dough leaving a free edge of approx. 2 cm. Starting from the wide side, roll the dough tightly. Place the roll in the tin, cover and leave to rise for approx. 1 hour in a warm place.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Bake the bread in the lower half of the oven for approx. 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
