What you will need for the No-Bake Chocolate Éclair pudding:

- 3 cups of milk
- 2 packages of Jello French Vanilla instant pudding of 3.75 ounces
- 1 package, 9 ounces of whipped topping
- 1 package of graham crackers
- A mixture of chocolate frosting, or 1 can of prepared chocolate frosting


  • First line the bottom of a 13 inch glass pan or a decorative pan and set aside for later use.
  • Add the pudding mix, and milk to a large mixing bowl, and mix for two minutes on low speed, then fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is thoroughly mixed together.
  • Once it is thoroughly mixed, pour the mixture over the graham cracker, spreading it evenly, then add another layer of graham crackers. Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least fifteen minutes.
