- Pruning: Pruning roses require a lot of effort and time. Plant the rose in spring, that's the best time for the roses to grow well because colds help the root to be comfortable with the soil. Choose a site that is suitable for the rose tree, rich soil and open for full sunlight. Make a hole at least 2 feet deep and plant the tree. - Water: Roses need a lot of water; watering roses is not as easy as pouring water into soil. Use spray bottle and gently spray on it. - Trim: Roses need trimming; means removing the spent roses from the bush to produce more buds. Some roses bloom only in June; some are bred to produce more buds for all seasons.

- Use Pesticide: If the roses are infected with insects, spray them with good pesticide as prescribed or trim off the disease part and bring them to experts to seek advice on how to get rid of the insects. Killer insects are very common during summer. Roses are needed to be protected also in late autumn, wrapped them to protect the buds to get nipped during winter.
