Saline

If you choose an adjustable volume, this allows a post-op doctor to change the size of the implant if you are unsatisfied. This can truly come in handy being able to see the change on you and being able to make them larger or smaller so there is no regret. This method is also good for women just seeking a lift, along with enhancement. This is possible because the silicone shell is entered during surgery, then the solution is added. The shell is not pre-filled like a fixed volume.
