There are many things to consider when you are looking to enhance you bust line. Breast implant surgery has many paths for you to choose from. Do you go with saline or silicone? What size do you get? These are things you need to consider before scheduling your surgery.

Curves, it is what most women want. Most of us don't care for the lower half curves, although we would like to have a little bit. It's the upper curves that many of us get concerned about. For some of us our curves are just fine. For the rest of us, they aren't want we would like them to be. We would like for them to be a little bigger or firmer. He won't be thinking about cup size like most of us do. When you have this type of procedure performed you will be adding to what you already have, not taking what you have away and start from scratch. For example if you are a size B and are interested in a size D you will have a smaller package inserted than a woman wanting to go from a size A to a size D.

Granted when you are considering breast implant surgery you might not know exactly how many CCs you need to add. That is where your surgeon will come in. It's why you need to know what you are wanting to accomplish. He can help you figure out what size they need to be in order to achieve what you are looking for.

There are other things than just size to consider. You also have to consider what type of breast implant surgery you want. By that it means that you need to decide between silicone and saline. While silicone will give you the natural feel and a more firm line there are also hazards by going this route. Silicone can be dangerous and poisonous if something should happen and it breaks. Saline, however is not as dangerous. Should one of the break then it will simply be absorbed into your system with no problems. But there is a tradeoff, it's not as natural feeling or as firm.
