This makes rounded inserts a better option simply because the sac implanted assumes the natural bust shape and settles back evenly especially if the woman lies prone, thus giving a more natural feel and appearance. If an individual opts for a saline filled sac, the filling tends to move around, creating a more typical teardrop shape regardless of whether the sac is rounded or anatomical. Since contoured anatomical sacs have a surface texture, a rounded shell may be favored by women who are uncomfortable with textured implants.
