You can distinguish these photos by the hair and clothing being exactly alike.

A real testimonial photo will first show the patient before surgery and then show the patient months after surgery and recovery. If you like the work of one doctor over another you can usually find this out by checking out their testimonial photos.

Now your list of doctors should be narrowed down far enough for you to make appointments for consultations with your top choices. Beware of high prices for consultations, but once you have met the finalists on your list of breast augmentation surgeons you will probably know which doctor you want to go with.
