Pholcodine and dextromethorphan have few position effects or interactions with new medicines. Paracetamol or ibuprofen to alleviate symptoms such as fever, headaches and muscle pains,coughing medicines but be mindful that many carry new ingredients, such as paracetamol. Don't fume and remain off from secondhand fume.

1. Drink plenty of fluids.

2. Use a vaporizer or take a steamy shower.

3. Don't smoke and stay away from secondhand smoke.

4. If you have a dry, tickling cough, try cough drops or hard candy.

5. Paracetamol or ibuprofen reduce symptoms such as fever, headaches and muscle pains.
