On the other hand, although you may not have any desire to get your teeth worked on, you feel good knowing your doctor will be friendly and approachable.

A dentists’ staff is often times the first impression people will get regarding the office. When calling around searching for the right doctor, you want to be greeted on the phone by someone with a friendly attitude. Also, when you go into the office, you want to be shown the same courtesies. Being mistreated is never okay and if this happens to you, it’s better to find another dental office.
