Even with all these tips, perhaps the most important single act you can do for your teeth is to visit your dentist regularly. A dentist should be visited once a year. If you are concerned with cavities or tooth decay you could go more often, like every six months. A trip to your dentist will be the best way to diagnose any problems before they get out of control.
