metropolitan areas are necessarily higher than they will be in smaller
cities. The doctor has to charge these higher prices. Not because the
tools he is using are any better or because his skill is any greater,
but simply because he has to live and pay rent in a very expensive area.
If you’re looking for a bargain, finding a doctor outside of those big
cities may be the only safe way to find one.
