Guidelines to Make a Vaporiser

There are many designs for vaporiser available in the market out of which many of them are blu-tac, messy and ceiling wax jobs without any real functionality, structure or style. Good functionality is required before good form. Herbs should be heated to a high temperature so as to avoid it from burning and the THC on cannabis boils and vaporizes it out.

The herbs slowly turns to an ash deposit and remain in the same structure. You need an enclosed space of some sort for it because there is no smoke and its vapours must be needed to be caught.

Use of soldering iron is one of the best homemade jobs. You also need a jar for it of about 1.5 litres or more. Some tubing and some rubber grommets may also be needed. The main idea behind this is just to drill a perfect size hole for soldering iron in order to fit the snugly down inside the jar without the need of any type of glue. You don’t need hassles of glue vapour as this area might get hot. If you glued some lead to the outside of the jar then the cord end of the soldering without falling over ,must be able to stick straight out of the jar’s top. You now need only the small cage for the herbs which gets attached to the end of soldering point. When the herb comes into contact of the hot metal it vaporises the best. At the end you need two holes, one to suck the vapour out of one tube and the other one to let the air come into the other.

In order to build a simple yet effective vaporiser you must need simple vaporiser plans for it. These plans on building a vaporiser out of soldering iron, plastic 2 litre bottle and some wood but unfortunately no person has so much time ,tools and skill for manufacturing it.

You must need the following materials in order to build a vaporiser:

--flat piece of wood (any wood of about ½ inch thick, at least 8x8 inches).
--A soldering iron.
--wooden dowels ( of atleast 22 inches long and about ½ inches in diameter).
--A 2 litre plastic bottle.

Bowl making is a little different depending on the type of soldering you use. It’s better to choose an expensive iron with a tip screws on. A way of bowl making is using the tin foil, by just wrapping tin foil around the foil where the tip would make a little bowl. Heating tin foil is not a healthy thing to breathe.
