Oh the joy of hemorrhoids, these things can be extremely annoying to say the least. Hemorrhoids can affect you in two ways, internally and externally. The internal hemorrhoid is basically made up of tissue known as "anal cushions". When this comes under severe pressure it makes the tissue stretch which causes swelling and then before you know it you have a hemorrhoid.
