Herbal Supplements: An Alternate to Medicines

Herbal supplements are the herbs that are used as the medicine; they can be either a single herbs or mixture of herbs. Herbal supplements have found their way back in the medicinal field. They are natural and do not contain any chemicals, hence they don’t have any harmful effects.

 Herbal supplements are like fruits and vegetables but the difference is that the herbal supplements are taken as the pills, herbal tea etc. They acts as metabolism booster and often used for reducing weight, i.e. fat burners or for gaining weight.
