How to Control The Silent Killer

Have you heard about silent killer? They are not someone roaming your roads; rather they are something inside your body. They are called silent because they kill you without even a warning. When you come to notice it, it becomes too late. Hypertension or high blood pressure is called the silent killer.

 They come with no symptom, still they are life threatening. They can lead you to the door of death without even your knowledge.

The gravity of situation can be judged from the fact that almost every person has one or more than one kind of these problems. Its ratio is one to three i.e. out of every three person one person suffers from this. The strangest thing is thirty percent of them don’t know about it. You know very well that stroke or heart attack kills the most adults in America. This number is greater than the people killed in war. These silent killers can lead you to either stroke or heart attack.

Hence the requirement of its control comes up. How can you control it? Certainly drugs are no option. Once you got high blood pressure there is no running away. You can control it but can not eliminate it. This is a fact. As long as drugs are concerned, they don’t eliminate the problem rather they just suppress the symptoms. That is why drugs are no option when you think about the high blood pressure or hypertension. Many people rely upon various exercises which claim to reduce it. Many favor natural supplements.

In the era in which we are living, lifestyle is a big problem. We have a constantly changing lifestyle which requires us to be constantly moving.
