How to Make a Conduction Vaporizer

A vaporizer has enlightened the world of smokers who had earlier no choice but to smother their life with toxic smoke. It is a device which has revolutionized the smokers’ zone by providing a safe and healthy way to enjoy smoking. Active components of an herb or plant material are released by it without combusting the herb substance.

Of course varieties of herbs are used in a vaporizer, but some have doubt if it can be used for tobacco or such other plants. It can be used to vaporize any kind of herb.
 
These days Vaporization is proving a very good alternative to smoking. The greatest benefit of this vapor is that it is free from the harmful effects of the smoke.

There are varieties of vaporizers available in the market, but it can be made at home as well. For this, what one needs are small quantity of wood a soldering iron and a 2 liter plastic bottle.

•    First of all, plywood is cut into a triangle with each side being 8 inches, which may be stained and varnished.
•    A side of the flat triangle is chosen and the exact centre is marked on top and bottom.
•    With the help of a drill, a hole is made in such a way that soldering iron handle may pass through it and the rim is had on the top.
•    Now the triangular piece is turned, marking 3 spots at 1 cm from the each vertex which are drilled through at an angle of 15 degree.
•    After that the middle part of the plastic bottle is cut out.
•    In the middle of wooden triangle, the black piece is put over the hole and two nails are hit gently through the wood.
•    If there is any crack around the bottom of the black piece, it is filled with hot glue or Silicon sealant.
•    Now in each of these holes, a dowel is put and set lightly with the help of a hammer.
•    The bottle is cut out at the bottom and a hole is made ensuring that it must be large enough to get into the black piece.
•    Now, a bowl is made depending on the soldering iron. The tin foil is wrapped around the threads to make a small bowl of about half inch diameter.

In this way a conduction vaporizer is ready for use. But it is not so easy to make a convection vaporizer.
