Lie or even sit down 

Pull in the muscle and hold the position for about 10 seconds; you can keep increasing the amount of seconds you do them as you get stronger. Repeat this 5 times and the next time you do it try and add more reps. Release and do it again and keep doing this. You should feel results within a few months, but you have to stick to it.
